Bidder Badge Non-Refundable Policy
By registering for a bidder badge with Auction Liquidators, the bidder acknowledges and agrees to the following:
1. All bidder badge fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Once a bidder badge has been issued, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to:
* Failure to attend an auction
* Voluntary cancellation of registration
* Suspension or revocation of bidding privileges due to policy violations
* Inability to purchase a vehicle or item
3. Bidder badges are issued solely to the registered individual and may not be shared, sold, or transferred to another person.
4. Auction Liquidators reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or revoke bidding privileges at its discretion. Such action shall not entitle the bidder to a refund of any fees paid.

By obtaining a bidder badge, the bidder confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Non-Refundable Bidder Badge Policy.
