Shipping policy

Thank you for purchasing a Bidder Badge from Auction Liquidators.

Digital Delivery Only

The Bidder Badge is a digital service. No physical product will be shipped to your mailing address.

After your purchase is completed, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details. Your purchase will also be recorded in our system and verified by our staff when you arrive at the auction.

If you do not receive your confirmation email within a reasonable time, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

In-Person Bidder Badge

The In-Person Bidder Badge is valid for one (1) auction event and remains valid for up to one (1) month from the date of purchase if unused.

To use your badge:

  • Visit our auction location at 18442 Van Buren Blvd., Riverside, CA 92508 on any scheduled auction day.
  • Present your order confirmation email and a valid government-issued photo ID at the front counter.
  • An Auction Liquidators team member will verify your purchase and register you for the auction.

Each In-Person Bidder Badge also includes:

  • One (1) complimentary plate of tacos
  • One (1) complimentary drink

The badge is valid only for our live, in-person auctions and cannot be used for online auctions.

Online Auction

Customers who wish to participate remotely must purchase a separate Virtual Bidder Badge, which is valid only for designated online auction inventory.

Non-Refundable Policy

ALL BIDDER BADGE PURCHASES ARE FINAL.

Because the Bidder Badge is a digital service that provides immediate registration eligibility and auction access, all purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • No physical product will be shipped.
  • Your purchase is for a digital auction registration service.
  • Your order becomes non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed.
  • Refunds, returns, cancellations, exchanges, or credits will not be provided for:
    • Failure to attend an auction
    • Change of mind
    • Scheduling conflicts
    • Purchasing the wrong badge
    • Failure to use the badge before it expires
