How It Works

1. 1. Purchase your In-Person Bidder Badge

   2. Show up to our live auction at:

   3. Present your badge at the front counter

   4. Our team will log you in and get you ready to bid

Bidder Badge Refund Policy

All Bidder Badge purchases are final and non-refundable.

A Bidder Badge grants the purchaser eligibility to participate in an Auction Liquidators auction event and remains valid for one (1) month from the date of purchase for one-time use.

If a purchaser is unable to attend their originally intended auction date, the Bidder Badge may still be used at any eligible auction event within the one-month validity period.

Refunds will not be issued for, including but not limited to:

• Change of plans or scheduling conflicts
• Failure to attend an auction event
• Failure to use the Bidder Badge before its expiration date
• Travel-related issues or personal circumstances
• Accidental purchases after the transaction has been completed

Because the Bidder Badge provides immediate access to auction participation eligibility and remains available for use throughout its validity period, all sales are considered final.

Auction Liquidators reserves the right to review exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis; however, approval of any exception is solely at the company's discretion.

• • Tuesday: 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM

  • Thursday: 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM

  • Saturday: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

  • Sunday: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
